Spreadsheet .NET is a Microsoft Excel compatible library for .NET. It lets you create, read, modify and parse Excel workbooks programmatically — worksheets, cells and cell value types, formulas, defined names, rich text, merged cells and comments, number formats, fonts, borders, fill colors and alignment, conditional formatting, data validation, sorting, AutoFilter, grouping, tables and pivot tables, hyperlinks, images, text boxes and form controls, charts, freeze panes, print areas and page setup, and worksheet and workbook protection. It reads and writes Microsoft Excel .xlsx and .xls documents, imports and exports CSV, and exports to HTML and plain text. The library does not require Microsoft Excel to be installed or any other third party application to work.
